Our department is designed to function as an advisory and assessment arm of the County Government, providing a multitude of administrative, training, and technical services to local government, assessing officials, and the general public. All responses are directed towards customer satisfaction with the objective of providing an understanding of how NYS Real Property Tax Law is to be applied equitably and uniformly.
